Vegan By With Love was born out of my personal journey to health and wellness after experiencing several days, sometimes weeks of feeling extremely ill. It became pertinent to first seek medical counsel and get on a new and improved health journey and lifestyle change.
While planning this menu, it was super important to find ingredients that were fresh, organic, soy free and cruelty-free. Additionally, this menu was aimed at inclusivity of all persons - health conscious or not. I feel confident to eat cake again, guilt free and so will you!
